Life is an ultramarathon

I've eventually decided to take part in the UTMB this year. It's a rather hard decision as I'm not that very well prepared compared to last year, physically as well as psychologically. Moreover my pain in the hip (and lower back) came back a couple of days ago. I'll see how it goes and may take it as a long hike if required. I'll try to run, walk or crawl as far as I can. I'm not expecting a better time.
